Could it be???

I have been feeling really bad the last few days. I have like this pinching feeling internally around the ovary area and I feel crampy like AF is about to come but it's no where near time and I have shooting pains around the ovary area if I turn to quickly at the waist. I had these same pains last month and thought I might be pg and wasn't. It usually starts about 4 or 5 days after I was supposed to O. The doctor doesn't think I am actually Oing, but I feel like this until AF shows. Last month she was 5 days late. Have any of you experienced this and do you think it could be my body trying to O? Or could it be that when it's time to O the PCOS kicks up from the hormones and starts hurting? If anybody knows I would greatly appreciate a response. Thanks

Hi there.I am sorry I don't know the answer to your question.I just wanted you to know I have had feelings like that before too and I'm not sure why.Hope you get an answer soon.

Maybe you're Oing later than you and your doctor think? Have you been temping at all?

Maybe, I am not sure. I just know I feel awful!! I hate this feeling. I ws temping and when I got the bad anovulatory news, I quite temping this cycle. I felt just like this last month. Maybe I am ovulating and we just don't think I am. Any suggestions for the next step?

Maybe that's it. Or if you're not Oing, could it me cysts that are causing the pain? Have you had an u/s recently? It wouldn't hurt to take a look at your ovaries.

Chastity-

I have a feeling it's the cysts. He did an u/s when I was in there on Feb 7, and he couldn't even see my ovaries. He said he wants me to come back and then he going to shoot some dye in there to take a better look at them.

I did call the office yesterday. They scheduled me for an appointment on March 10 instead of April 4. They said if the pain continues to call them back. Because I am on CD 22 that he probably wouldn't be able to see them real well. I may call back today and talk to him. I trust the nurse I spoke with, but I think maybe he should know.
