Question Could this cause feelings of anxiety and depression?

AF has been irregular for a long time, I had to take Prometrium to make it come down. Over the past month I have been so anxious and emotional, I haven't taken the prometrium either. Winter is a hard time for me, because I lost my brother in 2003. I have been excessively worrying about different things also. could hormone inbalance cause this too? I don't know which way to go first. Should I get my hormone levels checked? Seek help or what? I am truly at a lost. I am afraid of medications. I just don't know....

Of corse all these things can cause depression and anxiety!

I think it's time to see a doc if it has lasted for more than 2 weeks, and if it is interfearing with your daily life.

We all have ups and downs, but we don't need to feel down all the time there is help!

I was scared of meds too at first but now I feel so much better that I don't ever wanna come off of them!

Best of luck to you!

My advice is go to your doc and talk to him or her about how you are feeling!
