Yes, unfortunatly a lot of women with PCOS also have hypothyroidism. Based upon what you have described it doesn't really give any indication that you have it,
BUT that doesn't mean you don't. Your blood work will tell you for sure.
You need to have your TSH checked and that will be able to tell you if you have it or not. I would suggest going to your family doctor for this, it isn't something that your gyno really would deal with.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about two months ago. My dad also has it as does several other family members. My hypothyroid symptoms were: weight gain, low sex drive, dry and thining hair, puffy face, mild depression, thin brittle nails, irregular menstral cycle, high blood pressure, extreme fatigue, muscle cramps and aches, headaches, irratibility, and low body temp. I know I've had it for years and just was misdiagnosed.
