Could I have still ovulated on CD21 with results of 1.1 progesterone?

Got my CD21 lab tests back yesterday, it was only 1.1 I have to induce my periods, but I think I ovulated the month before this. Dr wants me to take clomid, but im afraid of the cancer risks, and i have hyperplasia on and off, so am afraid of that too

Anyone think i could have ovulated?
