I've been trying for 8 years. Recently I don't have insurance and my OBGYN "dumped" me so I have no-one to ask this question to.

I almost never have AF bymyself recently I had a really light AF then 2 weeks later another light AF then on that cd 18 I started bleeding again and I've had really bad back cramps and have felt exhausted during this cycle and to top it off I've been bleeding for 13 days, pretty heavy, today I'm getting clots but back cramps again and I'm worried that finally after all this time I've miscarried, should I be concerned about this length?

I'm sorry you are going through this. It sounds like a miscarraige to me but only your doctor can tell you that conclusively. Can you find a new Dr. asap or go to a walk in clinic/ER?

I am going through the same thing right now. I went in for an u/s (i am supposed to be 7 weeks according to my LMP) but they did not see a gestational sac. I am waiting for my beta results.

since i am Canadian i have never been left without having a doctor or being able to go see them when i needed to...we just show them our OHIP card and there you go...but...

this isnt something i think you should try to diagnose yourself...you really need to see a doctor. This is going to be hard, but can you collect a sample of what you are passing? Maybe then at the emergency they can test it for you...i dont know...maybe thats not a good idea...

whatever you do i would see someone. Take care and i hope all is well. Good luck and take it easy.

thank you both, dh says Monday i should try going in somewhere.
It's hard to think this is happening after 8 years of trying.. doesn't seem "fair"

If you are bleeding that heavily, I would prefer you see a doctor sooner then later (like before Monday, perhaps today?).
