Unhappy Could use some guidance :)

My name is Candace and I was just diagnosed with PCOS about 4 months ago. I'm 21 and already had a long list of medical issues but still no explanation for my PCOS symptoms which I've had every since I can remember. I went to my OB/GYN in March because my normal 7 day heavy cycle had just reached day number 15. Now I knew my cycle was never really normal I could go 2-3 months without one, had extremely bad cramps all 7 days but this was just a little too much. So after being probed, questioned and tested out the ying yang I was told I have PCOS. Now I knew nothing of this condition before, but as soon as I left the office I googled it for a good 4 hours!! It explained everything!!! my iron deficiency my type 2 and my irregular periods. While I was happy to finally have some answers all I could think was another condition for me to deal with I'm only 21 for crying out loud!!! But I've started BCP and have noticed a minor improvement.

The only thing that worries me is this prior weekend I was at the beach and what do you know my period popped up before I finished my last pack of seasonique. So I had my usual cramps the first two days by day 3 they kept my curled up on the bed, popping Motrin. That night they went away but the next morning they returned feeling normal so I proceeded with two 200mg Motrin. The pelvic pained worsened to the point where I couldn't sit down or lay down just kneel and scream. I stupidly popped 6 more Motrin. ( Dumb I know but I couldn't stand the pain) Finally after about 30 minutes I had to call for medics. I went to the bathroom and a clot the size of a grapefruit come out. My bloodwork showed no sign of pregnancy. Sorry to be so graffic but I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this.
