Default Could use some opinions Please!

I have been taking Vitex for about 3.5 months now and so far according to my bbt charts my cycles have still been annovulatory. My first cycle was 47 days long. I started off by taking 800mg of Vitex and after 36 days and no ov and no af I increased my dose to 1200mg (highest dose I can take of my brand Nature's Way), 11 days later I got af. My second cycle was exactly 30 days but still no ov. Now I am currently on cd23 of my third Vitex cycle and I've started spotting, af should be here tomorrow or at the latest Tuesday. But still no ov! Sooo I'm considering adding Soy Isoflavones. I've taken Soy before and it's worked to make me ovulate but after a chemical pg in September (I did an IUI using Soy instead of clomid) my RE wanted to put me on progesterone support after my next IUI. Long story but dh and I decided to take a break from IUI's for now. I decided to try Vitex as I thought it was a more well rounded herb to take with pcos etc. Okay so what should I do??? Just looking for some opinions and perhaps some experience too. Do I continue to take Vitex and add Soy for 5 days (I would stop the Vitex during those 5 days) OR continue Vitex, take Soy, and add npc cream, OR give up on the Vitex and do Soy and npc?

I think that since you had success with soy, just do soy and then npc after confirmed o. You can always call your Dr after o and tell him you have been charting and have confirmed o and see if he will rx prometrium.
