A couple questions about the board....

Just noticed reputation points in my Control Panel. What are they, how do they work, and how do I give them?

Oh, and how about those little graphics under people's names that either stand for a cause or for another board member?

The little symbol type things are 'gifts' and the others are the 'ribbons'

Y'know the blue bit, under where you type your user name/ password? Well, if you click there you can send gifts/ or give yourself a ribbon.

Hope I am explaining all this ok. Otherwise if you did a 'search' on the 'questions about the board functions' that'll probably explain it better than I can.

Hope I have helped a bit ......... and not confused you more!!

Thanks for your help, Eva. I did a search for 'reputation' but didn't seem to find what I was looking for.

Now that I know what the other things are called I will do a search for them.

I just found out about them myself

If you go to the bottom of the page, right hand corner, to the Forum Jump thing, you can click on 'Questions regarding board functions' near the bottom.. that explained alot
