Default Covering up zits

I always seem to have two or three big cystic or other types of gross looking pimples but I don't want to have to wear foundation and cover up my whole face, I need some kind of natural looking concealer that will blend in well with my skin. Can anyone recommend something that has worked for them?

I wouldn't know how to do it without foundation, but this is the technique I use:

Cover the affected area with green concealer (yeah, I know, but green is opposite to red on the colour wheel and so the two colours neutralize each other). Then apply your foundation and powder. Make sure not to rub the foundation on or it will rub the concealer away with it. This technique almost completely eliminates redness caused by acne.

I'm with sgordon...I think if you use any kind of concealer without foundation it will stick out like a sore thumb. I have great luck with Mary Kay full coverage foundation as both the base and concealer.
