Default Cramping

Has anyone else had cramping like a few days before their cycle? Mine almost feels like someone is trying to rip out my uterus. It's a very odd feeling and not much fun.

Default Me too!

I completely agree with you SCGirlyGirl! My cramping never lets up, and is always worse while on Met.

Wow. I never thought about that causing the cramps. I'm on Met as well so ....
I use to only get the cramps when the cycle started but these days it's days before and during. Wild. Well I guess I should be glad the Met keeps the cycles regular each month.
Thanks for the validation!

Well, it makes sence that Met makes the cramps worse, since one of it's side effects are cramps. There are a couple things you can do. One is to make absolutely certain that you are taking a vitamin supplement (especially if you are on met, as it depletes the body of several vitamins). Here is a really good one. It is specifically made for "that time of the month" for cramps, bloating, irritibality, moodyness.... basically all PMS symptoms. It works WONDERFULLY!! Take it the 10 days prior to AF. It really works well, I use it regularly.

BUT you should still take a regular vitamin/mineral supplement the rest of the month, especially B vitamins (which are the vitamins that balance the hormones).
Here are a couple you might consider: http://www.mynsp.com/naherbs/product...?StockNum=1792
