I'm on my last week of BCP before my sugar pills start. This is my first packet of Ocella (generic yasmin) in about 2 years. I am having breast tenderness and a cramping feeling where my ovaries are. Does my body know I'm going to start my period? This week is a bad week for the cramping/breast tenderness I've got a long week at work. Anyone have any suggestions on something that can help ease all this pain?

I have the same things going on and this is my 3rd pack. Last week was the last active pills for me and my breasts were tender and I felt crampy...and I still do...I am on my 2nd sugar pill today. I always get relief after my period actually starts. Other than those things, I really like Ocella. Oh, and you can take Ibuprofen or Tylenol or something....I usually get a headache at the beginning of the sugar pills and Ibuprofen takes it away fast!
