Default Cramps, Met..oh my..

Today is the 2nd day that I have been on Met and I have some bad cramping. I want to know if any of you women out there experienced some bad cramps and how did you alleviate the pain? Thanks

I have been on it for a week now. The cramping seems to be getting worse...I know...not the info you were looking for. I notice the cramping is worse if I have a high carb food. I just go in the bathroom and sit for a while. (if you know what I mean ) It really hasnt been too bad for me. I was expecting the worse I guess. I just started out taking 1 pill, and now am up to 2 pills. Next week I will try 3 pills. I ALWAYS make sure to take it with food.

Ok so I should cut out the carbs, yesterday I didn't do that great with eating but today I have done better.. I just feel like crapola! Your workout rountine sounds interesting. I recently found out about Curves, How do you like it? I am 232 and wish to be 150 someday!! I heard Curves is a pretty good workout, my friend and I are thinking about joining.

I really like Curves. I feel better. I really try to watch what I eat so I dont get these darn cramps, but sometimes even having a glass of water will give me cramps. Grrrrr... And the gas! OMG! I hope this doesnt last.
