Cramping, shooting or stabbing pain between AF can be caused by endometriosis, which is quite common in PCOS sufferers. It is made worse by unopposed estrogen. I'd encourage you to talk to your Dr. about it next time you're there. If you have, or suspect you have, endometriosis, it's important to make sure that your progesterone levels are strong, and your cycles as regular as possible.
