Default Crappy Skin

Besides all the other side effects of PCOS, I have really been bothered by my poor skin appearance. Does anyone have suggestions on what to use on skin with discolorations, acne, dryness, etc? I am really frustrated with looking sick and tired all the time from my lack luster skin.

I've found that Biore's ice cleanser helps my skin a LOT..and a good moisturizer always helps too. I like either Clean&Clear morning burst or Aveno! Good luck!

Me and my friend, who also has PCOS has tried almost everything. The Morning Burst stuff broke us out terribly. We use physoderm usually. Just this week I tried washing with Johnsons Baby Wash and my skin is actually getting better. But I have acne as well so I use Severe Acne stuff from WalMart. I cant remember the name of it right now. Aveeno is good for moisturizing.

I've always had acne and other skin problems such as discoloration. I tried EVERYTHING. Over the counter, prescription, you name it. I recently started on Neutragena's SkinID, but I didn't expect much. To my surprise, though, it has worked amazingly so far! I still have a bit of acne, but nowhere near as much as I used to.
