My daily full-blown nausea slowly got better into the second trimester...but to this day I still cannot eat all of the healthy things I planned on eating during pregnancy.
Chicken, broccoli, salad...all makes me gag. The last time I started heaving was after trying to eat a salad with grilled chicken breast and it wasn't very long ago.
Sigh. I am resolved to eating ground beef and cheese. I also can't get enough fruit, fortunately, so at least I try to make some healthy choices each day. Thank goodness for a good prenatal vitamin!
