My Mood:  Points: 26,313.21 Bank: 24,325.97 Total Points: 50,639.18 |  Creation Museum, Has anyone seen it or plan to go to it?

We are hoping to see it this fall. We hope to go down to gatlinburg/pigeon forge area to vacation and would love to stop at this on the way down.
At opening day yesterday they had 4000 visitors. And a few protestors, why they care if the museum opened is beyond me as I thought we had freedom of religion. |

We had hoped to go for the opening, but things didn't work out. We would love to go, but it will probably be next year or later. I have heard Ham lecture in person and he is a wonderful speaker. We watch Answers In Genesis on SkyAngel, but they didn't have the opening of the museum. I wish they had broadcast it!

Unfortunately we dont have reservations for a cabin yet in gatlinburg and they get booked up fast. | |

We stayed just outside of Gatlinburg for our honeymoon and it's a great little town. I was looking online and they have a ton of cabins within driving distance. Most seem cheaper than NC and SC beach cabins.

I love gatlinburg too but its been a while since I have been there. I am anxious to go to ripley's aquarium and see dollywood. http://patriotgetaways.com/
This is a family favorite of our extended family. Quite a bit of them have whirlpools and pool tables and they are as clean as a whistle. | |

I haven't been there, but I probably will at some point, just because I live in Northern KY, which is where it is located. The odd thing is, I don't think it got as much publicity around here as it did outside of the area.
