- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbs. cornflakes, crushed
- 2-3/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2-3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1-1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 5 bone-in chicken breasts
- aluminum foil
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine the milk and poultry seasoning. In a sealable plastic bag, combine next 6 ingredients. Dip chicken breasts into milk, then shake in bag to coat. Remove chicken, cover, and
refrigerate for 45-60 minutes. Take out chicken and place on greased baking pan. Cover with foil and
bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and
bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes, or until meat easily pulls away from bone.
