This is really good and it is baked. Just wanted to share it with you all.
Crunchy Onion Chicken
1- 1/3 cups French's original or chedder French Fried Onions.
4 boneless skinless breast (about 1lb.)
1 egg, beaten or you can use egg beaters.
Place French Fried Onions in a palstic bag, lightly crush with hands or with a rolling pin.
Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion pieces. Place chicken on baking sheet.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Makes 4 servings.
I made this the other night, it was really good and tasty and has a good flavor and crunchy with the French Fried Onions. I really liked it! Good dinner recipe and quick.
Here is another favorite of mine with the French Fried Onions
Oniony Chops
Pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French Fried onions
Place pork chops in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle lightly with either Nature's Seasoning or salt & pepper. Pour can of soup over chops. Top with French Fried Onions. Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins, depending on thickness of chops.

Mmmm, sounds so good Wendy. I am going to try the chicken this week. I jsut bought the french fried onions to see what they taste like and was thinking g.bean casserole but I think they would be put to better use on the chicken!
