I think I can speak for every female when I say we all have those days
and yeah they are really hard and this stuff can be the scariest
but I know I can speak for everyone here when I say you always have
friends in us, and you know us of all people will be here to listen, understand
console and soothe and maybe even cry along with you. So keep that chin up girl
or you'll never see that rainbow

HUGGGGGGS

Red face I'll cry along with you...

Hey heathyingram2 I've been wondering the same thing lately. I don't even understand why I'm crying at some stupid thing that doesn't usually faze me at all?
I'm spending a lot of time in my room, because my kids worry when I cry, and HD just wants to know if he can "fix" it.
Sometimes I feel like yelling: "Sure!! Take away all my symptoms of PCOS and then I'll probably stop crying!
Maybe!! "
I remember feeling like you when I was young and pregnant. We never really ttc, it just happened for us, so I don't know what that is like, but I remember the fear of miscarriages, and scary stories of pregnancy and birth. I remember how scared it made me too, but then I looked around.
You have to look around and see all the healthy babies being born all around you, so you can relax and feel good that you are doing everything in your power to keep it healthy while it is relying on you. Far more people are fine through pregnancies than ones that have problems.. well, serious problems. That particular forum is for those that have had miscarriages and have had a hard time ttc'ing. If they upset you don't read them, it's certainly not necessary and it's definitely not good to feel so bad. I'm sure it contributed to your crying.
Could you be pregnant? Crying is a symptom of pregnancy, and it's also a symptom of hormonal gymnastics, which those of us with PCOS have.
Somebody famous said "This too shall pass" but I have *C.R.A.F.T. and so I post it as this.
You need a hug
and to tuck yourself into bed and sleep on to a better day.
Hope you feel better soon.

I def get days like that, once i was so bad that a fabric conditioner advert set me off.

I went through a phase where i cried on the journey to and from work EVERY day. I wasn't depressed but i was very stressed and it was like my tear soaked journey was my release.

Sometimes i just go with it, get out Beaches and The Color Purple and wallow in it. Other times i find a good brisk walk does the trick.

Hope you find your answer

I have days like that too, not long ago they sent me home from work because I couldn't stop crying. These days, I think it's getting a little worse, but I'm getting better at stopping myself, and trying to shake it.

Other days, I just don't have the energy to try to shake it out. C'est la vie, huh? I find reading the boards here (looooong time lurker) can help shake it sometimes. Like HEY! I'm not the only one in the world who [insert symptom here].

I think we all go thru those periods from time to time. I know I get like that around my af. Sometimes before sometimes after, but it definately happens. I noticed that when I get like that, I mean crying non stop, I find a friend to talk to, or better yet I get someone really close and just cry on their shoulder... And coming here to communicate with people who are going thru the same thing also helps. Feel free to pm me anytime if you feel like talking

I have the same problem. I cry a lot. I call it my monthly slump! Sometimes it feels like I've just lost my best friend or having a broken. What helps me sometimes is my DH just holds me until it passes. I don't know what brings it on.. I just wanted to say your not alone. Hugs!
