Hey all since i was diagnosed I've turned to Crystal Healing and it seriously lifts me up. I have written my own guide to crystals (not published lol) and if anybody is willing to try it its worth a shot give me a shout and I'll guide you on what crystal is best for you xxx

Hey crystal healing is the use of specific crystals to balance out the energies in your body hopefully uplifting you and making you feel better my most common use is amethyst for a headache and it always works for me. You could argue its mind over matter but i dont care because it works lol xxx
I just sent you an email about crystals. I got married in Scotland and I SO want to go back for a visit (I live in the US) and my dad grew up in a town called Stirling but in Canada.
