Default Cure for hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar)?

I found a supplement which may help hypoglycaemia: X-Vite containing chromium, vitamins etc. It's to aid weight loss if you're IR. I was interested in its blood-sugar stabilising effect. I've had 'hypos' daily for 4 yrs, despite losing 50lbs lo-carbing. I began X-Vite 6 wks ago & had 1 hypo first day & no more for 2 & 1/2 weeks! Had a blip when I couldn't take it due to upset tummy & had a few hypos with AF - always worst time but there's been a huge improvement. I've lots more energy & don't get sleepy after eating carbs now (hyperinsulinaemia). I've lost 4-5lbs too but may be due to more exercise (aerobics 4-5 x per week, swimming 2-3 x per week & 6 mile walk 2 x per week).

Thought this may interest somebody.

Yes, I guess it is like a natural equivalent to glucophage. I was put on gluc about a year or so ago but only managed to stay on it for about 4 days because of bad side effects, so to find something natural with similar effects is great.
