Just curious... how far away (distance or time traveling) is everyone's Dr?
My PCP is 7 miles away and takes 10-15mins to get to.
My OB/GYN is 7 miles away (a few doors down from PCP!)
My RE is 26 miles and takes about 45mins to get to.
I think I'd travel 100 miles to get to my PCP and RE, though... they're beyond awesome.

My GP (the only doctor I see on a regular basis) is on the other side of the city. It's a half hour by car, but an HOUR and a half by bus. It's a hell of a trek, because we don't have a car. -.-
8 hours driving 70mph. When I lived in Dana Point she was 23 miles from my house but now she is a days drive. I doubt I'll go to anyone else in norcal unless they know PCOS well.
PCP: 5 minutes by car
PCOS friendly RE/obgyn: 1 hour by car
No other doctors yet. lmao. but there aren't many good ones around me although I do love my PCP.

Wow! 4 hrs! Hope they're fun sights along the way or something to do on the way home.
shes in toronto and i have friends/family there so i just make it a vacation and go for a long weekend or something i take the greyhound bus and its $80 so its not so bad.
My Family Doctor is about 45 minutes away, but my GYN that treats my PCOS is about a hour and half away. When I was first diagnosed my GYN was the closest office that treated PCOS.

My RE is 2 hours away from my house, so a 4 hour round trip. I have been undergoing fertility treatments, so I have been there twice this week and have to go again tomorrow....the gas prices are killing me in my minivan. lol
I have two doctors that are 300 miles away and a few close to home. The medical care stinks where I am, so I go to St. Louis University for the important stuff.

My GP is about 5 minutes away walking at a slow to moderate pace.
RE is maybe 5 miles, but you have to drive through the centre of the city so it takes about 15-30 minutes, depending on traffic.
