Sari has been having problems with trying to use a custom avatar. I changed the size of the picture she wants to use to 96x96. She kept getting an error message that said something about "permission not allowed" or something.
She thought that she may have done it wrong, and gave me her password. I signed in as her and tried it, but it did not work for me either. So, I signed out and signed back in on my name. I tried to use the pic for my avatar, but I got the same error message. Then, when I went to go back to my custom avatar pic, I am getting the error message. Something is wrong (now I'm without avatar as well, ). Can you check into it and see what's up? Thanks.

I went to update my custom Anna avatar with a more recent pic of her, and it did that to me too
I lost my old one too
Any news as to win this will work again? It defined me...LOL

Kat said it should be fixed sometime next week. She is going to be out of town. It could be done sooner, as she put this in with the techs. But, originally it was supposed to have been addressed this past Tuesday. Oh, well. I know what you mean about it "defining" you.

It's still not fixed. I'm not sure when it will be done. In the meantime I've just chosen one of their avatars so that I don't just have an X for mine. I guess this is on the low list of priorities or something. We've had this issue for what seems like 3 weeks now? Oh, well. Hopefully it will be done soon.

I wish I had seen this sooner.I just tried to put in a custom avatar now I dont have one.
It wont even let me use one of the ones we can chose from.Any ideas of what I am doing wrong if anything?
i get a error msg that say streaming is disabled. My guess would be that Kat have to fix it in the admin CP.
