Hey girls, this is really a dumb question... but WHERE do you find the tickers for the bottom of your posts... and the animated or real pics by your name?? I haven't explored how to do this, so any quick tips would be appreciated! I love all your baby photos, and other cool pictures. Would like to do the same.
Sun already covered it. I don't like my weight loss ticker, but the only place I've found them is ticker central. So I'm stuck.
One thing about the avatars - you'll probably have to play with the size of your pic before you can upload it. I don't know why the site can't reconfigure it automatically (others can).

I know I would just get frustrated and cry if I attempted to put these things in my signature or avatar, so you all just have to use your imaginations. It's not that I can't learn how to do it, but I have no patience for it at all!! Good luck, sunmoon! I like the idea of pictures. Now I need to find the right one. I have one from when I got my hair cut last, but I look fat . I have one where I DON'T look fat, but my hair's awful . Oh, crap - I need to take some pics!

p.s. And while we're on the subject of siggies (kind of), how do you add a pic to your siggie line - do you have to upload it to a web page, then paste the link into your siggie (like with the tickers)?
Gals - I'm sorry I saw this on new posts - I didn't realize it was in the loss forum. Not that I don't feel comfortable posting here - I just usually try to hide my siggie. Sorry..
Viv - I use photobucket to upload my pics to - then use the code underneath the pic to post here.

Um, I don't know how to break this to you, but about 70% of cysters are obese, so most of us will look fat in our pictures no matter what we try to do. I just trust the scientific fact that the camera adds fifty pounds to everyone and imagine what they truly look like in person. I'd love to see your face, so I'll try to post tomorrow and get it started.

You guys make me laugh...i'm so dumb i dont even know to get the pics off my digital camera ONTO the computer... ...hows that for spastic...and all the other stuff you just mentioned like resizing and uploading etc etc...huhhhh??!!????
As for the tickers...make sure you get all the little brackets and doo hickies at the begining and end of the code...or it wont work.

I know most of us are overweight/obese. But I have NO pics of me from my highest weight - I hid from cameras . So looking at pics of me NOW, I think I look huge. I can't imagine how awful pics would have been before!
