Default Cycle confusion

I have question:

I was on yaz but stopped because it made me very sick with nausea/vomiting. My doctor suggested Kariva, which also made me sick. Then I read about a little trick to put it in the fridge which made me less nauseated. Because of the nausea, I was taking the pills very errtically so I had a period on Mar 20 and not another one until April 30! My question is, should I just consider day 1 as the day I got my period and start a new pack? The Kariva pills are 21 days of biphasic, 2 placebos, a 4 days of estrogen only.

Everything is kinda off: I'm day 9 after my period but I'm on day 22 of my pill pack. I'm afraid that if I take the 2 placebos and 4 estrogen only pills so quickly after my last period, that I'll have another withdrawl bleed. I hope I'm explaining this well...

My question is should I just keep taking the biphasic pills until 21 days after my last period or just finish the pack as is?
