Since I started Met three months ago, I've been getting AF consistently every 28 days (used to be 6-8 weeks). But now she's three days late. I've been crampy for a week, yesterday I saw a little bit of bloody mucous (TMI, sorry), but still no AF.

I've had the flu, so I've been taking Nyquil & Dayquil. I also skipped three doses of Met last week when I was really hitting the Nyquil hard (didn't want to overload myself).

So, is it the flu, the Nyquil/Dayquil, or missing a few doses? I'm not pregnant, so it's not that. I'm bummed!

Don't lose faith...you've been sick, darlin! Sometimes while our hormones are being worked on, things can go haywire from time to time, especially when we are ill or stressed out. Now, if things don't improve or continue to act wacky, by all means see your doc. Hope you feel better soon!
