Okay so here it is! I just found out that I got my first overian cyst, now I found out that I had PCOS in october of last year. I have an appointment with my doctor about this next week. I am not on any meds right now, I used to be on glucophage but could not handle taking it I became very sick from it. So as of now I am not taking anything what other meds will they try to put me on? Thanks!!
I'm guessing they may try Actos it is in a similar family to glucophage but supposedly does not have the ugly GI side effects. I too had problems with side effects for the first month or so. Then my body finally adjusted and now I only come in contact with the toliet gods if I eat to many high sugar carbs and such. Good luck and welcome back to SC.
