Default cystic acne

ive suffered from severe cystic acne for as long as i can remember, i still get them.. but not on my face, or back.. usually my chest. i'm scarred severely. i was just wondering, as you lose weight, does the acne get better? i'm so sick of my cysts, they hurt so bad and i get them in akward places sometimes (armpits). i was just wondering what works for you, im sick of accutane, and being injected with steroids. does weight loss help with the acne? is there anything to do to get rid of my scars? thanks

I don't know if weight loss will help, but here is what I use: Panoxyl 10% soap and sea salt. I have cystic acne and it seems to be working well for me. I also use lye soap sometimes. Bye bye blemish drying lotion works good also, but it stinks so bad because of the sulfur in it. Hope this helps.
