I have a lot of cystic acne on my abdoment, hips and groin area. The cysts are deep and often never come to the surface. They also bruise very easily. Anyone else having this problem?

It's called hidradenitis suppurativa.
Do a search here and in the Do You Have This Problem section, we have discussed it several times before.
It's due to high insulin and high androgens.

I needd to thank you for discussing in detail what that looonggg word actually meant.. i had heard about it on here,but didnt think i had it,so i didnt read on it...
but, in the last 3 days, i noticed a rather large deep hard lumb in my upper thigh,and i almost went to the dr to get tested for cancer,lol...
ive never had it this deep,ive had boils down below before, but never this lump..so seriously, thank you for bringing this up again,even if it has been said a 1000 times before, this time it brought my attn,and i needed to know what it was in my leg!!!
