cysts again?

I have these really bad pains in my lower abdomen. My cysts went away during my pregnancy. Are they back again? I'm extremely crampy. It can't be AF cause that was 2 weeks ago and I'm either on time or late every month. It hurts.

pcos sucks!!!!!!
