cysts on overies

hello cysters,

its been awhile since I posted last, but I've been reading posts, now I need your help, on Monday I went to the ER because I had a lower abdominal painthat shot through my back and a high fever, I just felt terrible my first thought was, maybe the metformin was causing these problems, while in the er they ran alot of tests including a ct scan and after being there for 5 hours I was told I had a kidney infection, that my liver was fine. The doctor gave me antibiotics and sent me home, well the next day a get a call from my primary doctor telling me he needed to see me about the ct scan, I went yesterday he tells me they found 2 large cysts one on each ovary mesureing 5cm and 4 cm in diameter, I'm really scared I have an appointment with my gyn on wednesday. Has anyone had this problem before what should I expect when I see the doctor? will they want to do surgery to remove them or is there any medication to make them go away?

Please if anyone could tell me what to expect I feel so scared.

I had a really big cyst in my ovary. Felt so bad that I was sure I was pg. Dr described me progesterone shots, which forced the AF to come. With AF the cyst went away on its own. Probably they will force your body to creat Af also, very often with AF also the cyst disapears.
