Cysts Surgey/Discomfort/Sex drive

Hi Folks!

Back in Oct 03 I had surgey to remove cysts from both ovaries (due to PCOS) and a couple days later I was dx with serve pnemonia (my family Dr belives I got it during the surgey). The dr's told me that I'm extermely lucky that I survived since the pnemonia when so rapidly throughout my body and shut down most of my lungs.

Well anyway ever since Oct 03 my area around my hip bones (more towards my lower area where my scars are from the surgey) have been very discomfort. Some times it's a very heavy feeling... some other days it's a very sharp and sudden pain. I'm just wondering if anyone has had this type of situation? I've only had one peroid (on my own w/o med) since my surgey (that was Jan 01-Jan 05/04) - hoping and wishing I'll have a peroid soon though.

As a result of the surgey and the pnemonia I lost over 30 pounds - could it be that I'm more sentastive since there is no "cushion" (i.e. extra pounds) there?

Furthermore, it's frustarding since hubby and I have only made love 3 x since Oct. I was too weak in Nov and Dec to even go to work or do any household "cleaning".... and now we when attempt to make love I find discomfort and I have to stop. This is not good since we want to start to get pg sometime after June (our wedding is in Sept).

Hubby mentioned to go back to my surgeon and just get a check up. But for me (and I know it's all in my head) I prefer not to since I'm afraid I'll have to get surgey all over again and that I'll get the pnemonia again.

I'm just scared and confused.
