Default D&C, Biopsies?

Anyone with PCOS ever have to do a D&C and biopsies? My periods are only coming every ever 3 or 4 months and my doctor new doctor mentioned me doing a D&C once my test results, recent biopsy come back in a week or so. The doctor says she needs to really get in there to look.

I have had a D&C, but it was for a m/c. It was pretty painful. I could not get comfortable unless I sat on the toilet. I actually fell asleep on the toilet at my house right after surgery. I was fine the next day though. I was a little sore, but it was almost like it never happened.

I had a D & C, and the doctor removed some cells to send to the lab for testing. I had a hysteroscopy at the same time, and have some pictures... The D&C wasn't too bad, I had cramping after but they gave me some painkillers in my IV and I felt great. I went to work the next day (I was supposed to take off but felt fine), and took some motrin for moderate cramps.

As is turns out, I have some irregular and potentially pre-cancerous cells an am going on progesterone therapy to hopefully get rid of them. I'll have another D&C the beginning of next year to make sure they're gone.

Don't worry about the procedure... It's really not bad and recovery is quick.

I had a hysteroscopy and D and C. They found tons of polyps in my Uterus which all thankfully came back benign. I didnt want to be put out so I was at the outpaitent center and was in and out. Had period like pain for a little while after but not too bad for me.
