Can someone please tell me where D-Chiro Inositol comes from? Is it only in Soy? I also wonder where the ingredients for the pill form come from. I can't get excited knowing D-Chiro Inositol comes from soy. I am highly allergic to soy and although this may benefit most of you, I would not be able to reap the rewards.

I believe, and I could be wrong, as I said, I am just getting into this research part of it.....that Carob is the ingrediant with which it carries a higher number of what you are looking for. I've heard that PURE Carob syrup is a great start....as for the pill......I have no clue...I believe kitty along with a few other cysters who've done that research can answer that....but it looks like (based on the information above given), that The Drug Administration will not allow that information to be processed to the public because number one, it would put the makers of Glucophage (or so they say) out of business...or at least lose some money. Yikes, I won't give too much info for fear I don't know the full concrete truth.

Guys,

I think the research on the pharmaceutical insolitol is very promising and I can't wait for it to be available to all us cysters! BUT.. I'm pretty sure from what I've read that we can't convert the normal stuff found in food into the kind we need for our bodies (I think that is the basic problem).

Can anyone confirm this (scientifically?)??

Thanks,

Miranda

Default birth control

hi I just happened to read your post today and I was wondering if the doctors tried to give your birth control like ortho tri cyclene or something along those lines.

I know you were trying to conceive but the reason I ask is that my doctor asked me if I got a period while on that BCP and that if I took it and did not it may indicate that I may have already gone through menopause. He stated that it is possible for a woman to have menopause at a very early stage in life, and hearing how all these fertility treatments have not worked for you, it made me wonder if this was the case for you.

I hope not, but it may be an avenue you want to look in too.

Good luck to you!
