I am trying the regular Inositol for now, as it is cheap and readily available, and studies have been done showing that it also helps with ovulation. I read a lot about the Hyponidd, but in my opinion, as much as it may help, it seems sketchy to me, just the thought of ordering these tablets from some place in India, where you don't know the regulations or rules as to what goes into them; are they the exact same formulation every time you get them? Who knows? I am just starting with the easiest, cheapest option first, and Inositol is Vitamin B8, and I trust GNC as a reputable company to be consistent with what goes into their supplements.

Thanks so much for your thoughts! How much Inositol do you take? is there a brand name I should look for? Also, i see you are taking cinnamon...how much of that do you take? Is the combination working yet?

I'm taking hyponidd, along with a few other cysters, and so far so good! I ovulated yesterday (yippee me!) and I am feeling better all around. Yes, you are ordering from India, but they seem to have pretty high regulations including ISO9000 and several others. There are other cysters who have had incredible luck with hyponidd, including Pearl who got her BFP! I bought two months worth, and even with shipping it is way cheaper than Dchiro. I know nothing about regular inositol, sorry.

Since about the first of the month. I take two thirty minutes before i eat with warm water (i put in some lemon for taste, and i hear it helps cleanse the liver as well). Several others on the boards o'd this month as well, like Nyer - she has been taking it longer and has more feedback.
