 D-pinitol
Hi My Fellow Cysters,
I am trying to find out if any of you all have tried d-pinitol (3-O-Methyl-d-chiro-inositol)? If so, how has it worked for you and was there any success? Also is d-pinitol the same as d-chiro-inositol (the more expensive one)? Are is there a difference? I am trying to take a natural approach to treating my PCOS. I am going to start taking d-pinitol, vitex, cinnamon and peppermint tea along with a multivitamin. What do you ladies think? I am almost 30 and I am so ready to have a baby. I hope and pray to conceive naturally! So if you have any info or some positive reviews on d-pinitol please reply! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!! |
