Dannon Light and Fit Ok, I went ahead and found the variety pack at Costco, bought it and brought it home. I thought, cool, I can have one everyday for the next 2 weeks. But then I found that the date on it says June 10 (where as when I bought my other (tillimook) in the grocery store, June 28). So anyway, I figured, ok I guess I will just have to share with Dh and/or eat it for breakfast and lunch. No problem. Anyway, I tried the Peach, YUCK. It is way too sweet, tastes fake (eventhough it says natural flavor), and I hate the texture. So I tried the Strawberry, same thing. I am so afraid to even try the Raspberry, but I have to choke it down so that I don't waste my money. I am so disappointed, because I really like Dannon regular. Oh well, I guess I will just have to go back to my regular yogurt and make sure I eat less carbs somewhere else. Maybe I will just stick to what I really like, Cottage Cheese and Tomato or just plain.
I have been writing down what I eat and I come no where near the 200 carbs a day or even 300 that is recommended for normal people. So, being that my carbs per day (under normal circumstances) are at 100 or less, I guess I just need to exercise more.
