i was wondering if any of yall experience the dark patches on the knuckles of your fingers.. i have it and my hands always look dirty.. it makes me feel very unfemine. if yall do have it, have you tried anything that helps remove it, or atleast make it less noticeable?

I do, its AN (acanthosis nigricans) and gets better as my blood sugars improve. Metformin made a difference reasonably quickly but it came back almost instantly after I stopped taking it. Its fading slower now I'm serious about my diet and exercise.

My hands were horrible, a few months ago, because my blood sugar was out of whack.

I gave up sugar completely,loss weight, and exercise regularly, and now my hands are absolutely beautiful and one even smooth color.
