Hi everyone! I have a dark patch in between my breasts (insulin resistance) but now I'm noticing these small dark, mole-like spots on my face. Does anyone know if this also has anything to do with insulin resistance? If so, what should I do to clear my skin?

I have those on my face arms and legs. I got them last year and assumed they were sun spots even though I stay out fo the sun and wear sun block. I thought they were just a normal part of aging, although the one on my face is a bit big really, I never thought about it being pcos related

Ive got them too. On my arms, legs.......... no dr has ever said anything about why I have them though.
