Points: 649.00 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 649.00 | Day 2 on Met... no side effects... should I be worried? I just started on the 500 mg and its been two days and nothin'!
Not that I'm complaining... but I'm so paranoid that its not going to work for me that I'm stressing myself out.
I haven't had any of the side effects and just wondering if I worrying too much.... |

My Mood: Points: 7,050.62 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 7,050.62 | I've been on Gluc XR for a about 11 days and have had almost no side effects either. I just went up from 500 to 1000mg on Wednesday. I *did* have a bit of constipation for a few days and have felt slightly nausiated twice, but I'm not convinced that was from the medication. It could have been, but it could also have been a coincidence. Anyway, just becuase you have no side effects does not mean the drug is not working. Don't worry!

Only your bloodwork is the true indication of if the drug is effectively working. A few months down the road you'll get another round of bloodwork, and if your chem levels are lowering to normal limits, you're good to go!
Absence of side effects is NOT related to a drug's effectiveness. Count your blessings!

i've been on Met for over a month now and apart from some mild occasional nausea and fatigue i had no side effects. I was kind of worried since a lot of the women on here have had horrible side effects from it.
