I am on my 6th day of NPC and I am spotting. I had planned to use it 14 days and figured I'd have a bleed when I went off. So now what do I do??? I am using 1/4 t twice a day. Should I use more to srop the bleeding? Stop using it because AF is here? Keep doing what I am doing because maybe this is normal?
How am I supposed to count cycle days now?

There've been a few posts here lately on this one. It appears to be pretty normal in the first three months and is likely due to your cysts popping and releasing blood. The general recommendation is to keep going for the full 14 days, then stop. You should find that it'll only be spotting until af gets there (though it may be heavy spotting/light bleed - still count that as spotting). Another cause of the spotting can be from your cervix due to increased oestrogen receptor activity changing the cervix cells. Once again that'll only continue for up to 3 months of NPC.

OH... I've actually seen those posts about cysts popping but I thought I would have had to have been using the NPC longer than 6 days to have that happen. Well I guess I'll just keep plugging away at it... Thanks for answering.
It's very light spotting still at this point... started yesterday evening. It's only been 3 instances of browning blood on the TP. Hasn't happened every time I've gone to the bathroom, hasn't been gushy or clotty or staining my underpants at all.

Usually it is longer before the NPC works, but that depends on how progesterone deficient you are. If you are only slightly progesterone deficient you'll see that happening right away. I see it as a good sign

Well... I don't know whether to believe it's good or not but at least something is happening down there. Oddly enough today I started having pains in my left ovary area ... and the bleeding seems to be connected. Never get them on the right though. In the past when I have had ovulation signs pains always seem connected with the left, too. Wonder if my right ovary doesn't work of just doesn't feel pain?? How weird...

i remember having that happen too, if i stopped too early, i would just get spotting, and no real af, so keep on it.
do you know what cd you started usig it?

I have been reading alot about this lately, but like to hear exactly how to take/use it. When to start, where to put it, how long to take it, how often to take it etc. The info that I have read seems great, I am just confused about how to start.
