I am super happy! I woke up the morning after Christmas and what did I find.... my period!!!

Now I realize it hasn't been nearly as long since my last one as it has been for some of you, but this is my 1st period since June. It looks like the Met and BCP's are finally working. Hooray!!

Congrats!! I know exactly how you feel, as I have lost 25lbs and now for the last 2-3 months I have had a period on my own, which is about 5-6 weeks between periods. Congrats again!!!

COOL! I was coming on here to post about my Christmas Present too! I got my period a couple days before Christmas and was so happy! I'm not sure if it was because of the metformin or just my time (I hadn't had a period since June also). So congrats to both of us! Only now...I'm on almost 10 days of having this period...ugh!

Congrats to you Megan and it might be longer this month than usual since you have not had a period since June----prob have a thicker lining than usual!!

I want a christmas present period!!! Maybe I'll get mine for my birthday...it's this Thursday! I really didn't want to fill my prometrium rX...hopefully this Met kicks in soon!

But congrats for yours , I'm feeling encouraged because if it can happen for you, it can happen for me! I haven't seen AF since September...
