Just wanted to let you know that this pill my not be for everyone.....I took this pill for a month, and I have to say it made me so sick it was horriable. I'm not trying to say that it won't work and I'm not saying don't take it but make sure you read up on it really well. Some problems I had on this pill were: Lots of cramping, my ovaries and lower abdomon was very tender, When i got my period it was so sevre I couldn't do anything, and I got a bladder and yeast infection along with my period.

Like i said before this pill may not be for everyone, make sure you read up on it well. I'm not saying it's bad but it just mad me feel really bad, so make sure it's right for you.....

I take my pills at night before bed and I sleep even better. Joobilee my skin is softer to and my pores are smaller to - I first read your post on the DCI - and thank you it is my magic pill as well - I feel like it has saved my life!!! I take 1200 a day I weigh 160lbs - I am getting ready to order more pills tonight - I went to the hairdresser yesterday and she told me my hair had changed was fuller silky feeling I said I know its great. I wondered if I need to take the pills with food, but I just drink about 20oz of water with it before bed - Sometimes they do get stuck but that will never stop me from taking them - I am a personal chef and thought about making the muffins, but what if I don't have time the pills are a sure thing - take the pills no carbs with the pills - I never thought I would not be hungry, but I am not like a normal person -

I Do agree it may not be for everyone. Its like I took Met and it made me really sick, but with PCOS we all just try things and it either works for you or it does not - It is nice though that we have this website and get to talk to women that have the same thing- I live in Arizona and I have never talked to another woman that has PCOS - I thought I was alone- Telling people well I only have a period a year - they look at you like you strange or other women saying man look at the hair on your arms and toes - like I can help it - Now I just shave every place and men complain about shaving there face. Monkey19 when you took DCI where you taking anyother meds?? I am only taking the DCI - Have you taken anything that has helped you? Our life line is eachothers information and trial and error!!!!

Still feeling good - I did have a pretty normal AF - Hopeful09 how is everything going for you?? I did read your post - your post is why I tried DCI - I still have lots of energy and no craving still thank you - I don't know if I ovulated, because for so long I did all of that and at somepoint this year I just stopped. So we will see if I get another AF soon- if so I may keep track again -

This month I ovulated earlier at cd19 vs cd22/cd23. I started back up on the dci at 1200mg around cd12. I was taking it before through food but not consistently. So far I've lost about 3lbs, had EWCM for 5 days in a row prior to ovulation, my energy is higher, which is why my house is looking so much cleaner now! Also, I've had more motivation to exercise...I think because of the extra energy. So I'm feeling like the dci is helping a lot so far.

Reags - how long were you on the dci before your cravings stopped? I'm still having cravings, but not that intense. I'm loving all the energy with dci, glad you're feeling it too.

I would say I lost the cravings within 3 to 4 days - and I am not hungry - Also when I eat I feel full fast - I do drink a lot of water - I take mine before bedtime 1200 I am about 150 at the moment - Also I have wanted a lot more healthy food and fresh food - I am a personal chef and baker - I LOVE to bake - since the DCI I don't crave something at 8:00pm- before I would want a slice of cake, custard, brownies, now I may want some water mellon - Also its great to have the energy - my house to has never been cleaner- I just started my second bottle and look forward to my third - I hope this helps with getting a baby, but if not the energy it great!!!!! are you taking anything else with the DCI Natbean???

Reags,
Right now all I'm doing that is new is the DCI 1200mg. Also, I'm currently on Prenatal vit, B6. I eat organic and vegetarian with lots of raw foods, not to much in the way of breads, no white flour or white rice, low sugar, and a decent amount of protein. Although I've still been wanting chocolate...something I'm hoping goes away soon. I get moderate exercise with walking and cardio workouts. I added everything I've been doing to my signature. Working as a personal chef sounds fabulous, dangerous though...I'd have a hard time resisting all of the yummy foods!

I had a hard time before this DCI - I don't even want much bread (and I LOVE to make it) infact I have to make bread everyday - Do you keep track of your Blood surger?? I take mine every morning - It sounds like your eating very healthy so your body, may want the chocolate for extra burning energy. what type of chocolate do you want like a candy bar or pastry?? let me know I maybe able to make you a recipe of what you like- that would let you have your chocolate.

I used to love bread...although I've been on flourless sprouted grain bread for a long time now. I agree that it's fun to make breads, cakes ect., kind of theraputic isn't it? I still was loving the occasional pastry or bread when we eat out. Since DCI, I haven't even thought about it until now...but I'm definitely eating less bread and grain in general. I think I've been having more fruit, veggies, eggs, nuts and dark greens.

As for chocolate, I like the bars versus pastry...I do get the higher quality chocolate though. I started eating the milk chocolate, but since the dci I have been getting back into the dark.

Reags...have you noticed any changes in your blood sugar? I haven't got a monitor to keep track of it but that is a great idea.

Natbean - I have noticed - I don't get the shakes - In the morning my surgar was 109 to 119 now it is 95 to 99 - I was reading about the beetroot and molasses drink - One of our cysters got prego doing it - I think I am going to try it - read that post and let me know what you think. I would get a blood tester - when I see the numbers it lets me know if I should not have eaten something the day before. your insurance may cover it if your Dr. will give you a percription for it - I am glad to see your doing all natural things!!!

Reags the beet and molasses drink sounds interesting. Have many women on SC used it successfully to get preggo? I was thinking I could start juicing beets and using molasses...maybe just add it in the juice.

I might try it on my next cycle, if I didn't get preggo this cycle (I'm crossing my fingers). I should be getting AF in the next couple of days, so I will know soon enough. I'm trying to be patient with it all and just focus on taking the best care of myself and not getting too much stress. I've been liking taking the dci and I'm wanting to see what all it will do for me, so I haven't been doing much else. Let me know how the beet-molasses drink is going for you.

Hello All!

I had an eary MC (week 5) on May 11. Since then I have not got my AF (it was due 16 days ago!) Up untill now I had not worried too much, since I guess the early MC could have caused a temporary hormonal imbalance. But a 16 days delay is too long for me.

2 weeks ago I've started taking d-chiro inositol. I am not sure if that could have anything to do with my delayed AF. I still have not seen any relief for my other symptoms (hair loss, facial hair, weight gain, bloating, oily hair, etc.). I know it's been only 2 weeks... I am very impatient. I really hope this DCI helps.

Any similar stories?
