Default DCI and Femaprin

I was wondering if anyone knew if DCI and Femaprin cancel eachother out or if they do about the same thing. I order and take one of each every morning before I eat. I have only been doing this for 2 weeks now, a keep feeling AF is coming (slight cramps and sore BB's). I am a thin cyster but my diet I admit is awful...caffiene, sugar and a few beers on the weekend watching Baseball or Football with the guys. I had an AF last month and one before that 90 days prior..I was taking Vitex and some B vitamins before, but not consistant. I don't want to take both if it is just as good to take one or the other...and also, is there anything else I might add to the mix to help? I was thinking Omega 3 capsules?? I am 38 and am ready to get things moving!!

As far as I know DCI and Femaprin do not cancel each other out. One is a vitamin and one is an herb(femaprin is an herb with vit B6)

Check out my recomendations on the Get Regulated thread....

Thanks Herbsgirl...I knew I could count on you for the answer LOL. I agree with somebody else on another post...you should have your own herb store or be a specialist, people get so flustered trying to figure herbs out, I think that is a reason for them not giving herbs the full time to take effect.
