 DCI vs Metformin??? Opinions?
Hello,
I am a thin cyster....I have regular cycles meaning that I bleed about every 28 days for 4 or 5 days, however I am not sure if I ovulate. I have insulin resistance, and also noticeable neck on my hair. I'm wondering if there is anyone like me out there and if you have used either Metformin or DCI to try and regulate your horomones and insulin. I'm trying to decide which one to use. Thank you!!
