I wrote this for my mom, back when I was in middle school & she miscarried. It was very hard for all of us, but about a year later she brought my awesome little brother into this world. I want to let all you ladies know->everything happens for a reason & you just can’t give up… Dear Mommy, I know you were really excited when you found out you were pregnant. I loved having people come up & rub their hands on your tummy. It always made me smile to hear you so happy & bragging about me. I was your little angel from heaven-that’s what you told everyone but then something started to change. I started not feeling so good & neither did you. I remember you went to the doctor to see a picture of me, & the doctor had bad news. You weren’t going to have me. I was so sad & I remember hearing you & daddy crying. I want you to know I’m okay though, I know you didn’t get a chance to meet me, but that’s okay. I am safe-I’m with God & he lets me watch you & daddy from up here in Heaven all the time. You two are really silly!!! I want to tell you it’s not your fault-I just wasn’t ready. But, I have a secret Mommy-God told me not to tell but, he has plans for you & daddy. He knows you’ll be great parents & you’ll have my little brothers & sisters before long. Just don’t give up & remember, you may not see me-but I’m with you all the time! I love you, Mommy! Aw that is so sweet. It made me cry because I like to think of my Emmanuella up in heaven sitting on Jesus lap, laughing when she sees Elisa playing and knowing someday she will meet her.
