I am on cd5 taking my clomid .. just got off the phone with my dr. who I typically like but ever since this last m/c I want to yell at her to read my chart prior to talking to me.

This is the same dr. who last thursday walked into my follow-up appointment from the d&E so happy & chearful it was shocking. You would of thought I just had the baby from the deliruim of joy coming off her..HUH..so WRONG...anyway she also did not have a clue about my condition, that I was on Clomid, progesterone suppliment etc..

I just want to shake her..so anyway I just got off the phone & she said " let me know when you ovulate ... HUH HUH ..hello I have PCOS, OPK are unreliable since I will ALWAYS have an LH surge but it does not mean I ovulate, I am on progesterone suppliments so charting my temp is out since prog. increases your temp..the only way I can tell if I really ovulated is they do U/S which her office does not do..

AUGH its so frustrating not to have insurance & have to rely on a reg. OBGYN.

OK done venting.. smile smile..

I am looking forward to having you ladies with me on this journey.

I too am in the waiting period. Although the dr says I will not be able to TTC until my HSG is completed. Last week, she gave me a prescipt for Yasmin. Since AF has not come she said if I dont have by June 13th, then I will need to go see her. Although, I did have EWCM last weekend. I have to take the Yasmin for 3 months, then go back to her to set up the HSG. That should be the end of August. I am hoping the next 2 months pass quickly.

Sainy- I will just be on my Met ER. I have gotten pg 3 times with it alone so we shall see. I am very nervous because after my last D&C, AF was MIA for months. I hope that doe not happen this time.

Sherlyn- Hey.

Sand- HSG will be a good thing to check. I remember having that done.

Hey ladies. I have my appointment tomorrow so we will see how many more weeks I have to wait before he will let me take provera. Cross your fingers that he says I can start soon! Earlier he had told me that if everything went well I did not have to wait more than one cycle to try again. So I am wondering why so many others are told to wait three months or so?

Sherlynn - I also see a regular obgyn since ther closest re is 2 hours away. Regular opk's have never really worked for me either. The lines always look the same to me. But the cycle that I conceived on I was using the clearblue easy fertility monitor. It was wonderful in predicting my ovulation!

Hmmm... I m/c early May... And next week I am starting Provera and Clomid...

It's been a roller coaster month for me... rough. But... glad I am moving forward.

Good luck to us.

Hi Ladies!

I was originally due in Oct had an ectopic in Mar. I would love to join you if that is ok?

I recently located shortly after my ectopic to WA. I found a good RE and have my 1st appt on 6/20! I am nervous as most of you are ttc after a loss.

Looking forward to getting to know all of you and share my journey into IVF #3 with all of you.

Cheers!
Anita

I was to be a November mommy, but just miscarried 9 days ago. My doctor would like me to wait at least two cycles... who knows when that will be? I am looking forward to trying again.

Devon I am so sorry for your recent loss. It seemed like forever for me waiting out the 3 cycles but, you know I really needed that time to deal and heal physically.

Let me know if you need anything!

anita- I am so sorry for your loss. I am glad that you found a good RE.

Devon- Hi there. How are you holding up?

Another- Hi girlie! Nice to see you here too!

Jelly- Welcome! How did the appointment go?

Not much going on here either just waiting for AF which will be quite a bit from now..... I did get the results from my blood disorder test... It was normal which is a releif but at the same time frustrating.

I went back to work this week. I had been working from home, but this week ventured back into the office. I am the Ops Mgr for a Outsourcing Center. It is mostly made up of ladies, so I chose not to tell anyone why I was out. A few select people that I work with from the US knew the exacts as to why I was working from home. Everyone else that was actually in the office only knew I had an emergency surgery.
It made it easier when I came back. Although, the island is very small so anyone who knows DH or his family would know the exact reason. I did not think I would be able to deal with all the questions and sympathy expressions. I have been able to discuss why I was out and the details of my situation with those that I have wanted.

Besides that, I am waiting 1 more week for AF. If by then it is not here, back to the dr I will go. She will force AF so I can start my 3 months of Yasmin. I am nervous about taking that since I don't do well with BCPs. Too many mood swings. She also wants me to lose weight so at some point, i need to go get a scale so I can see how I am doing. If you ask the ladies I work with they will tell you I must have dropped 20 lbs, but I know it has only been 5 lbs.

I wish you all the best on our journey to wait for the right moment to TTC.
