To me, yes, it does sound like depression. After I had my dd, my anti-d pretty much stopped working, and that was me: felt just icky, couldn't get any energy or ambition, sad, teary...
I think the general rule of thumb for true, actual depression is two weeks of feeling that way. But I hate even one day of feeling that way, KWIM?
Are you thinking about seeing your doctor for possible med therapy?
