Hello Oohmercyme,
I haven't been doing the Depression Challenge but I really would like to give it a try! I will not be able to exercise every day because I have a course to attend TH, FR, SA from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm Plus two hours commuting. I want to do my best for exercising the other days, even if it is only a 20 minutes walk in my lunch hour.
What do you think?
Are others here who wanna give it a go?
