Carrie - I know how you feel! Some days I wonder why I even bother....
I had been feeling so sick of feeling sick and tired, so I started at the gym and I actually love it - when I don't go for more than a day I've noticed I get very irritable and more depressed than normal...then I went the the Dr today and I've put on weight, not lost any!!
Having said that, I guess we just have to keep on keeping on and things will get better - they have to! Take care!
